Paul Lynch is responsible for the teaching programme, the pastoral care network and the community projects within kings. He also hosts a local minister fraternal on a monthly basis.
Liz Lynch is a part time teacher in a local school. Within the church she does extensive pastoral work and oversees the prayer ministry team on a weekly basis. Her heart is to see individuals, couples and families set free to fulfil their destiny in Jesus.
Gill Peters has for many years been responsible for the Ladies Tuesday morning prayer meeting and the Prayer Text link. In both of these we trust that we will see many answers to our prayers and lives changed
Mike Peters joined King’s in 1980 and since then has been involved in many areas of the church. In Sept 2014 he became our volunteer Community Projects Manager where his commitment is to grow, develop and co-ordinate our 8 social action projects as they become beacons of Jesus’ light to the needy in our surrounding community.
Jane Thomas co-ordinates the many volunteer teams that work together to carry out the tasks that need to be done to run church services, activities and events – stewarding on a Sunday, catering for events, manning Reception and many more.
Mike Taylor leads and oversees the Alpha programme and is also a Trustee. His past experience in church leadership as Elder and Church Secretary coupled with senior management positions in business equip him well for both roles.
Paul Thomas has a heart for worship and making connections with people, and oversees the group activities in the church, including the Children’s and Youth teams.
Lizzie Williams, Children & Families Pastor, looks after the younger members of, and visitors to, the church, working with a team of volunteers to run Sunday and mid-week groups and activities for them and, where appropriate, their parents and carers.
Robyn Hughes joined King’s in September 2015 to look after our Youth and their activities. She has been a Youth Worker since 2013 and is passionate about young people and loves to watch them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Brian & Jan Pallett have been part of the church since 1982 and look after the more senior members of the church and those from the local area, providing a welcoming and friendly place to meet, make friends and enjoy time together and share the love of Jesus. Regular outings and trips are included on the programme. We meet during term time in the Chapel Room at KCA from 10.00am to 12 noon (unless out on a trip).
Sal Kraushaar heads up the lovely, friendly team who are on hand on Sunday mornings to look out for anyone new to the church and have a chat with them.
